  • Applicable law and dispute resolution: The substantive laws of Sweden shall apply to this Agreement. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection of the Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, as applicable, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The arbitral tribunal shall be composed of a sole arbitrator. The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The choice of arbitration does not prevent either Party from seeking injunctive relief with respect of a breach of this Agreement in any appropriate jurisdiction. For overdue unpaid claims, Tickstar can institute proceedings at the Swedish Enforcement Authority or a Swedish district court.

 

DSA Article 11 Point of Contact – Authorities

For the purposes of Digital Services Act 2022 (DSA) Article 11, Tickstar AB has designated dsa-contact@tickstar.com as the single point of contact for the European Commission, Member States’ Authorities, and the European Board of Digital Services to contact us for the purpose of the DSA.

When sending messages to dsa-contact@tickstar.com, please be sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • The name of the EU-based authority on whose behalf you are contacting us
  • An email address to contact you, which should be associated with the relevant EU-based authority
  • This point of contact is reserved for engagement with the authorities listed above. For other types of inquiries, please use the mechanisms described below.

Communications to the above email addresses should be in English. Note that we will not respond to requests sent to these addresses by anyone other than the European Member States’ authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services.

DSA Article 12 Point of Contact for Users

Users can contact our support team in connection with DST by sending an email to dsa-contact@tickstar.com, which servers as our single point of contact for users under the DSA. Please note:

  • When sending messages to this address, please ensure to include your full name and postal address.
  • Please include "DSA enquiry" or similar in the subject line.
  • This email is reserved for users seeking to contact Tickstar in relation to its obligations under the DSA. Unrelated queries will not receive a response.
